It is unlikely that you are eligible for expungement right now. However, if your case is a misdemeanor that has been closed for 3 or more years, or a felony that has been closed for 7 or more years, it may be eligible for sealing.

Our campaign seeks to expand eligibility for expungement for charges prior to an individual’s 21st birthday by removing the two-case restriction and expanding the types of cases eligible for expungement.
