1.  Any offense resulting in death or serious bodily injury

  2. Any offense committed with the intent to cause death or serious bodily injury

  3. Any offense committed while armed with a dangerous weapon

  4. Any offense against an elderly person

  5. Any offense against a disabled person

  6. Any sex offense as defined in Section 178C of chapter 6, including (but not limited to) rape, assault with the intent to commit rape, trafficking, child pornography, or any sex offense involving a child

  7. Any offense in violation of section 24 of chapter 90 laws regarding driving under the influence, reckless and unauthorized driving, or failure to stop after a collision

  8. Any sexual offense as defined in section 1 of chapter 123A, including offenses related to kidnapping and sexual harassment

  9. Any offense related to the sale of firearms or possession of unlawful weapons

  10. Any offense related to domestic violence, including the violation of a restraining order, an abuse related protective order, or assault on a family or household member

  11. Any felony offense in violation of Chapter 265 categorized as “crimes against the person,” including (but not limited to) murder, attempt to murder, manslaughter, assault and battery, robbery, attempted extortion, stalking, or criminal harassment
